A 33 year old man has died in an industrial accident in Co Wexford.
GardaĆ are investigating the incident, which occurred at Foulksmills, New Ross at around 12.30pm last Tuesday.
GardaĆ said the man was working at a grain store tank and appears to have been overcome by fumes.
Medical assistance was administered, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His body has been removed to University Hospital Waterford for a post-mortem examination.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified.
