Sales Executive
We are looking for Sales Executive to work alongside our Sales Team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and other lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Conduct Market Research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
· Collaborate cross functionally with various FlexManager teams.
· Work with sales team to develop a sales plan and target list of accounts for research and outreach.
· Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
· Work closely with our marketing team to support them at trade shows, exhibits and other events as required.

Essential Skills
· Passion for selling and motivated by a career in sales.
· Proven experience in a similar role – B2B software sales experience preferred
· Excellent knowledge of English with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
· Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to achieve targets/deadlines.
· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
· Target Driven and Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
· Ability to manage own time effectively and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
· Ability to travel as needed.
